ACC Kids & Students Potential Leaders

Thank you for your interest in working with our children or youth. Our philosophy is that children are not just the church of tomorrow but are an integral part of the church now. We hope they leave our ministries with the confidence to ask questions, to think about their faith for themselves, to thirst for more knowledge and understanding, and to never be afraid of doubts when they arise.

ACC Kids

There are different age groups and roles where leaders are needed. To read a brief description of each, look through THIS BOOKLET. This will give you a better idea of role expectations.

From Check-in to nursery to lead teacher, there is a spot for leaders with all kinds of interests and gifts.

ACC Students

Our Bridge and High School classes are more relational ministries. We hope that as students and leaders get to know each other, the students are able to build relationships with trusted adults who they know they can ask big faith questions to and talk with about life. This doesn't mean you have to know all the answers!

These age groups also participate in activities outside of Sunday mornings. This includes things like White Water in the summer, ice skating in the winter, and other group activities throughout the year.

Special Events

We also host special church-wide events during the year with special activities geared towards our kids and youth. We host Spring Fling, Beat the Heat, and Fall Thing with things like water slides, Easter Egg Hunts, games, and more.

During Advent, we have an annual Christmas program put on by the children and parties for each of the age groups. This is a busy but fun time of the year.
