Greenhouse Teams & Events Coordinator

Overview

Support the work of Atlanta Christian Church through the management of our volunteer teams (Greenhouse*), and through coordinating all major calendar events. 


Essentials

Greenhouse

  • Maintain church database
  • Oversee the scheduling of all volunteer teams
  • Manage onboarding of new volunteers
  • Assist with team training events and workshops

Events Coordinator

  • Manage logistics of calendar events
  • Oversee event communication
  • Maintain budget of each event

Other Support Tasks

  • Church-wide email newsletters (Monday & Friday)
  • Assist with weekend building set-up
  • Weekly reporting of attendance and offerings

Needed Skills

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Publication software experience (Pages, Illustrator, etc.)

Good communication and people skills

Attention to detail, organization, and time management


Hours & Pay

Part Time: 20hrs per week (onsite and remote)

Salary: $18,200 (paid bi-weekly)
